Twice is the most-streamed K-pop girl group of all time on Spotify USA, according to JYP Entertainment on Tuesday.

As of Dec. 15, Twice’s songs have been streamed more than 289.4 million times on Spotify in the United States. Globally, Twice’s songs have been streamed over 5.5 billion times.

Twice is considered to be one of the most successful girl groups, still enjoying long-running popularity seven years after its debut.

The group debuted in 2015 and is best known for its hit dance numbers including “Like Ooh-Ahh” (2015), “Cheer Up” (2016), “TT” (2016), “Fancy” (2019), and “Alcohol-Free” (2021).

It consists of nine members: Nayeon, Jeongyeon, Momo, Sana, Jihyo, Mina, Dahyun, Chaeyoung, and Tzuyu. All nine members renewed their contracts with their agency JYP Entertainment in July and released their 11th EP “Between 1&2” in August.

The EP charted at No. 3 on the Billboard 200 and put Twice on the top spot of Billboard’s Artists 100 chart for the first time.
