Suga of boy band BTS and American singer Halsey will team up to release the anthem for Diablo IV on Monday, according to Blizzard Entertainment on Friday.

The upcoming track, titled “Lilith Ft. Suga of BTS (Diablo IV Anthem),” is named after the main antagonist of the U.S.-based game company’s upcoming action role-playing game, Diablo IV.

A 19-second-long teaser trailer first released at Diablo IV’s launch event at the Cathedral of Saint Viviana in Los Angeles on Wednesday showed Halsey as the Blessed Mother Lilith, alongside a glimpse of Suga shrouded in red, matching with the dark theme of the game.

“There’s so much to celebrate today — the work of our incredible team, our new Diablo IV anthem from Halsey, and players entering the full vision of Diablo IV for the first time […] we’re so excited for players to jump in and become a part of Sanctuary alongside us,” said the General Manager of Diablo Rod Fergusson through a press release.

Suga debuted as a member of the boy band BTS in 2013 and was involved in producing the boy band’s second EP, “Skool Luv Affair” released in 2014. He released his first official solo album “D-Day” under his second stage name Agust D in April 2023.

American singer-songwriter Halsey made her debut in 2012 and rose to fame in 2015 with her first full-length album “Badlands” landing No. 2 on Billboard’s main chart. She continued her success by collaborating with The Chainsmokers on the single “Closer,” which managed to stay on Billboard’s Hot 100 chart for 12 weeks in a row.

Halsey collaborated with BTS in 2019 on the track “Boy With Luv” landing No. 8 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart on the week of its release. The singer also made a special appearance on Suga’s U.S. tour in May.

Blizzard Entertainment has held multiple collaborations to celebrate the game’s launch. The company is currently operating a limited-time interactive exhibit titled “Hell Station” within an unused section of Yeongdeungpo Market Station.

The game company also plans to release a special menu item at Burger King, along with new webtoon episodes in collaboration with webtoonist Cho Seok.

Early access for Diablo IV started on Thursday, and the game officially releases Tuesday.
