Famous coffee chain, Starbucks just introduced a new menu before the hot summer comes back.
This new menu is called ‘Nitro Brew’, which is a coffee made with the method just like that you use to make draft beer. Nitro Brew coffee is first cooled down with Nitrogen, and then it is kept in a chill place to be extracted using the ‘tap’ method.
Howard Schultz, the CEO of Starbucks, explained that “Applying the method they use to make Guinness beer, we are now able to coffee that is both cooler and tastier.”
Nitro Brew is currently sold in Los Angeles, New York, Seattle, Chicago, Boston, San Francisco, and Portland.
