Another Uber driver has been arrested for allegedly sexually assaulting a passenger.
The Santa Ana police stated that 37-year-old Uber driver Angel Sanchez was arrested at his home in Costa Mesa on Saturday, in suspicion of sexual assault.
According to the police, Sanchez is in suspicion of sexually assaulting a passenger in his car. The assault happened near the victim’s home on March 30. The victim was able to break free and report to the police. Sanchez has been an Uber driver for a year, so the police is suspecting that there could be more victims who haven’t come forward yet.
