Miky Lee makes the 2022 Women in Entertainment Power 100 by The Hollywood Reporter

Miky Lee, vice chairwoman of CJ Group, made the 2022 Women in Entertainment Power 100 published by The Hollywood Reporter, according to CJ ENM Tuesday.

Lee, also known as Lee Mie-kyung, is the first Korean to be recognized by the U.S. media outlet’s annual nomination for two consecutive years.

She is a key figure behind K-pop’s global success and “Parasite” (2019), the first foreign language film in history to win the Oscar for best picture. She also served as a production manager for other films released this year, including director Park Chan-wook’s “Decision to Leave” and director Hirokazu Kore-eda’s “Broker.

Lee also received a Pillar Award from the U.S. Academy Museum of Motion Pictures in October.
