The biggest night market event in Koreatown, KTOWN Night Market is back this year to bring the Korean wave of food and entertainment to Los Angeles.
Now in its fourth year, KTOWN Night Market is to be held this upcoming weekend, June 16 and 17, at Robert F. Kennedy Community Schools located at 701 South Catalina St.
First launched in 2014 with over 80 thousand visitors attending, the night market event has now settled as one of the most renowned community events in Los Angeles’ Koreatown.
This year, 12 food trucks and 44 of the trendiest food businesses in Southern California are participating as vendors. Few of the most notable vendors include The Chairman, Lobsta Truck, Rice Balls of Fire, Seoul Sausage, Ice Forest, Lao Tao, Spicy City, Poke Shack, Jason BBQ, and Chocolate Chair.
About 50 fashion brands are also participating and introducing the most up-to-date Korean fashion trends.
The highlight this year, however, will be the concert. On Friday night, BewhY, the winner of Show Me the Money 5, will perform, along with various other artists and DJs. The after party, held at Club Bound, is another thing to keep an eye on for some extra fun.
Tickets are on pre-sale online for $2. Admission at the door will be $5. Visit the website for more information.
