Koreatown Plaza to host a spring sales event with the biggest giveaways ever

The store owners of Koreatown Plaza (KTP) in LA Koreatown, are getting together to revitalize the mall by preparing for the biggest discounts and giveaways ever.

There are more than 80 stores in KTP, and most of them will participate in the spring sale, offering discounts ranging from 20 to 50 percent.

“KTP’s annual sale has been a traditional event for the past 40 years where customers can purchase quality products at discounted prices,” said Jihyun Moon, chairman of the KTP Mutual Aid Association, who is also the CEO of Studio 2000. “We have prepared more than 280 prizes including cash prizes and KTP vouchers to revitalize the mall and show our gratitude to our customers.”

For this year’s event, instead of the traditional lucky roulette, KTP has switched to a prize draw and greatly increased the number of prizes. Customers who purchase products from each store will receive a ticket, and they can write the store name, customer name, and contact information and place it in the prize box installed in the mall. The drawing is on March 25. The KTP management office has also prepared 100 KTP gift cards ranging from $20 to $500.

The prizes for the spring sale event include a $1,500 cash prize for the grand prize, and $1,000-worth family photo session at Studio 2000, a $600 Polaris skincare gift card, two $500 KTP gift cards, and $300 Kiseido Fucoidan gift card for respective prizes. The giveaway includes other top prizes such as Cuckoo Rice Cooker, Aritaum Cosmetics, Shiseido Cosmetics, and Olgarino gift cards.

More than 10 retailers, including Cellreon and women’s clothing (Glory, Muse, Mpola, Judy A, Lydia, Up & Up, Cambridge, and SGF) are also sponsoring prizes.

Massage chair brand stores will be having big sales during the event as well.

Orest will give away one of the Healthmate Foot Sauna, Lee Kyoungje Deer Antler, or herbal supplement with the purchase of a Benest massage chair. “In addition to 50% off the floor model, we have prepared various gifts such as shoulder massagers and cosmetics through our own spinning board event at our stores,” said Kyunghoon Lee, director of All Live Best.

Bodyfriend is offering up to 30% off its Familie and Eliza Massage Chairs, and four popular products, including GLED Mask, and Mini Massage Gun.

“We’re offering our biggest discount ever to make it more affordable for our customers,” said Chris Park, manager at the Bodyfriend store. “The Familie and Eliza are popular as massage chairs for small spaces or as personal massage chairs.”

Furniture for Life (FFL) is offering 25 to 40 percent off massage chairs.

Ohco’s MDX and Positive Posture’s Brio+ are 40% off, and Positive Posture’s Brio Sport and Koyo massage chairs are 25% off.

“We’re offering up to 40% off massage chairs to give customers and 50% off our high-end office X-chairs,” said Janet Lee, CEO of FFL.

Kiseido, Cellreon, and Yuhan USA are also participating in the spring sale event.
