Korean Sitcom Series ‘Supernatural Family 2017’ Unveils the Cast

SBS’s new sitcom series, Supernatural Family 2017 (working title), has finally unveiled its cast members prior to the premiere in February, 2017.

Supernatural Family 2017 is an omnibus comedy series that illustrates daily episodes of common people around us. Portraying them as the “supernatural,” the series will present laughter and sympathy at the same time.

Produced by Choi Moon-suk of I Have a Lover and Something Happened in Bali, SBS’s new sitcom series stars Park Hyuk-kwon, Park Sun-young, Kim Ji-min, Kim Ki-ri, Park Hee-bon, and Infinite’s Hoya.

In this sitcom about family and office life, Park Hyuk-kwon is featured as a common father who struggles to survive from harsh office life. Park Sun-young and Kim Ji-min will form a family with Park Hyuk-kwon as the former acts his wife role and the latter their adolescent daughter.

Comedian Kim Ki-ri, along with Park Hee-bon and Hoya of K-pop boy group Infinite, is featured as Park Hyuk-kwon’s coworker.
