1. Strawberry Syrup
Strawberry syrup is best when made in to iced tea with sparkling water.
Directions: Wash 2 pounds of strawberries thoroughly and boil them for 20 minutes. Filter solid strawberries without smashing them , and boil only the liquid with two cups of sugar for five minutes. Let the syrup cool before storing.
2. Lemon Mango Syrup
This sweet and tangy syrup makes a perfectly refreshing cup of iced tea with some mints, good also on ice cream and shaved ice.
Directions: Put pureed mango, sliced lemons, sugar, and some white wine in a saucepan and bring to a boil.
3. Honey Lavender Syrup
Honey lavender syrup makes a perfect bedtime tea.
Directions: Bring 1 cup of water and 1 cup of honey to a boil and add 2 Tablespoons of lavender and some vanilla beans. Boil for another 15 minutes, then filter them to store only the liquid.
