Han Seung-yeon has been ranked #7 among real estate investment celebrities.
On 20th’s episode of tvN ‘Ranking Release 2017’, four real estate professionals have selected a list of celebrities who are successful in real estate investment.
Han Seung-yeon was ranked #7, and she was the youngest of all. In 2014, Han Seung-yeon purchased a five-building near Cheongdam Station in Seoul, and she was evaluated as having the highest record among idol stars.
In 2011, she also purchased a luxury condo for $1 million. Now, the condo is valued at about $1.2 million.
