Extensive graffiti covers high-rise building in Koreatown while under renovation

A high-rise building in Los Angeles Koreatown has been vandalized with extensive graffiti.

The exterior walls of the Los Angeles County Department of Mental Health building, located near 6th Street and Vermont Avenue, have been severely defaced while the building remains under renovation.
