Pop group EXO and comedian Yoo Jae-suk will release their collaboration song, “Dancing King,” on Saturday.
EXO’s agency, S.M. Entertainment, revealed on Monday that the new track will be released through their digital music project, STATION.
The new collaboration will feature high energy dance beats with rhythmic samba patterns in addition to unique brass instrumentation.
The comedian recently joined the male act on stage during their concerts in Bangkok, Thailand, on Sept. 10 and 11.
The collaboration resulted from a dare accepted by the comedian while he was taking part in a special segment on MBC’s variety show “Infinite Challenge.”
S.M. also said that all proceeds from their song will be given to charity.
The boy band recently released their third studio album, “Ex’Act,” in June, breaking records for most preorders and marking the highest-ever first-week sales for a K-pop album.
They are scheduled to release their next album in Japan on Dec. 17.
Meanwhile, footage from the concert featuring EXO and Yoo will be shown on the upcoming episode of the variety show on Saturday.
