Air Premia is expanding its online check-in service.

On March 6, Air Premia announced the extension of its online check-in services, which were previously limited to Narita, Japan, and Bangkok, Thailand routes, to include U.S. routes, along with enhancements to improve the user experience.

Online check-in is now available for flights departing from Incheon, Korea, to Los Angeles, New York, and San Francisco, with plans to extend the service to flights from the U.S. during the first half of this year.

The upgraded features will be accessible to customers who have purchased tickets directly from the official website or through the web, as well as those who have purchased tickets through travel agencies.

Passengers can now check in for round-trip and multi-city flights with a single entry of passport information and can also check in for other travelers such as family members and groups.

To utilize the service, passengers need to navigate to the ‘Online Check-In’ menu on the airline’s website, enter their information, and select seats.

For passengers traveling on U.S. routes, seat selection and check-in will be available, but instead of a mobile boarding pass, an exchange ticket will be issued to complete visa and travel document verification procedures at the ticket counter.

Customers will receive access to the service through a link sent via mobile notification 24 hours before departure. It is imperative for passengers to enter the boarding area within one hour after online check-in; otherwise, their check-in will be automatically canceled.

“Online check-in significantly reduces check-in time,” stated Air Premia. “We remain committed to developing and providing convenient customer experiences to ensure enjoyable and comfortable travel.”
