Actor Song Joong-ki’s agency confirms he is in a relationship

Actor Song Joong-ki is in a relationship, according to his agency High Zium Studio Monday.

“Actor Song Joong-ki is currently in a relationship,” Song’s agency said in a statement.

“Please understand we cannot confirm any further information other than the fact that the two are dating.”

According to local media outlet Sports Chosun on Monday morning, actor Song has been in a relationship with a British woman for a year.

It also reported that Song’s girlfriend is not a celebrity and that they met through acquaintances.

Song’s girlfriend also reportedly attended the media conference of “Reborn Rich” that was held in Singapore on Dec. 7.

Song debuted on screen through the 2008 film “A Frozen Flower.” He rose to stardom through KBS drama series “Sungkyunkwan Scandal” (2010), “The Innocent Man” (2012), “Descendants of the Sun” (2016), and tvN series “Arthdal Chronicles” (2019), “Vincenzo” (2021) and films “A Werewolf Boy” (2012) as well as “Space Sweepers” (2021) on Netflix.

The actor tied the knot with Song Hye-kyo in 2017 but divorced after a year and nine months.

He recently starred in JTBC series “Reborn Rich” which ended with its highest-rated episode on Sunday.
