The Korean American Federation of Los Angeles (KAF LA) will hold a rally as President-elect Donald Trump is set for his inauguration on Jan. 20.

The KAF LA announced on Jan. 13 that it will join the rest of the immigrant community to fight for Korean-Americans, including those who still remain undocumented.

KAF LA vice president Jong-dae Park added that the group will join forces with several Korean and Hispanic immigrant groups to call for revamping the country’s immigration policies.

“I expect many social changes after the inauguration of President-elect Trump,” said Park. “The deferred action to keep undocumented youth in the country must continue.”

The KAF LA also emphasized the need for collaboration among several immigrant groups in Southern California to launch an organized effort, inviting Asian Americans Advancing Justice, Latin-American and Armenian-American communities to march together with them at the rally on Jan. 20.
