Target announced the launch of its new global food line, “Good & Gather Collabs,” on March 4. The first chef featured is Korean American chef Ann Kim, winner of the prestigious James Beard Award.

Through the Ann Kim Target collab, customers can now purchase four unique wood-fired pizzas at $7.99 each:

  • Pickle Pie (17.1 oz)
  • Spicy Sausage & Sweet Pepper Pizza (15.3 oz)
  • Four Cheese with Sweet & Spicy Chili Sauce Pizza (15 oz)
  • Tavern-Style Uncured Pepperoni & Jalapeño Pizza (15.8 oz)

The signature “Pickle Pie” features ranch sauce, dill pickles, and crispy potato chips. It draws inspiration from Minnesota’s famous fried pickles.

Additionally, the Ann Kim Target collab includes three Korean-inspired frozen appetizers at $6.49 each:

  • Bulgogi Meatballs (8.75 oz)
  • Corn Cheese Bites (7.5 oz, 10 pieces)
  • Pork & Kimchi Dumplings (11.5 oz, 8 pieces)

All products under the Ann Kim Target collab are part of Target’s Good & Gather brand and available for pickup and delivery, eligible for SNAP EBT.

Ann Kim currently runs Minneapolis-based restaurants Young Joni, Pizzeria Lola, and Hello Pizza. She was awarded Best Chef Midwest at the James Beard Awards in 2019. Kim also gained popularity after appearing on Netflix’s documentary series, Chef’s Table.

In 2023, Kim faced controversy when employees at her Minneapolis restaurant Kim’s formed a union to advocate for better pay and working conditions. She opposed the union, and two months after its formation, Kim’s closed due to financial losses.
