Cuckoo, a popular Korean home appliance brand, has officially opened its newest store in Orange County, marking its sixth location in the U.S. The Cuckoo Brand Store OC (5300 Beach Blvd, #105) opened on February 19 in Buena Park, following store launches in LA, New Jersey, and other major locations.
The new store offers Cuckoo’s signature rice cookers, along with water purifiers, air purifiers, kitchen appliances, beauty devices, bidets, and pet dryers, allowing customers to explore a full range of products in one convenient location. To enhance customer experience, the store provides a one-stop service with professional consultants available for purchases, rentals, product trials, and repairs.
Cuckoo America Managing Director & CFO Michael Won Jun Yi stated, “Our sixth Cuckoo Brand Store strengthens our presence on the West Coast while delivering high-quality products and exceptional service to Korean-American customers in Orange County.” He also emphasized the store’s proximity to the company’s Cerritos headquarters and production facility, making product servicing even more convenient.
With a long-term goal of sustained growth in the U.S. market, Cuckoo aims to expand its brand store network nationwide, further enhancing customer accessibility and service.
Store Manager Joanne Lee added, “Customers will have the first opportunity to experience Cuckoo’s latest and most diverse product lineup here. With both sales and after-sales service available on-site, we expect strong customer engagement.”
To celebrate the grand opening, the OC store is giving away tumblers to visitors, along with special promotions for rice cooker buyers. Additionally, customers can look forward to monthly promotions and exclusive events.
Since entering the U.S. market in 2017, Cuckoo has reached $100 million in cumulative sales within five years. The company continues to localize its products by developing appliances tailored to American lifestyles and expanding its brand recognition through strategic marketing.
