CHA Hollywood Presbyterian Medical Center, the only Korean-owned general hospital in the U.S. operated by CHA Bio Group, has received an “A” rating in the Fall 2024 Hospital Safety Grades from Leapfrog, a nonprofit consumer watchdog organization.

Leapfrog evaluated over 3,000 general hospitals nationwide based on more than 30 indicators, including errors, accidents, injuries, infections, and preventative systems. Fewer than 30% of hospitals nationwide earned an “A” rating in this assessment, with 128 hospitals in California, including CHA Hollywood Hospital, achieving this distinction.

Jamie Yoo, CEO of CHA Hollywood Hospital, commented on the achievement, stating, “This recognition is a testament to CHA Hollywood Hospital’s unwavering commitment to patient safety and the tireless efforts of our medical staff. We will continue striving to create an environment that ensures the utmost comfort and safety for our patients.”
