According to the victim, a Korean-American mother, the suspect got out of a BMW 4-door sedan and attempted to grab her daughter’s tote bag over her shoulder. The mother and daughter resisted, but the suspect pushed them down and stole the bag. He then got into the passenger seat of a waiting vehicle with an accomplice and fled.
