Bank of Hope offers $150,000 in student scholarships: Apply by May 17

Bank of Hope is now accepting applications for the 2024 Hope Scholarship.

Bank of Hope announced on March 26 that it is now accepting applications for the 2024 Hope Scholarship for incoming college (two-year or four-year) students for the 2024-2025 academic year.

As in previous years, 60 students will be selected to receive $2,500 each, totaling $150,000 in scholarships. The application deadline is May 17 at 2 p.m. PT.

U.S. citizens, permanent residents, or citizens of the Freely Associated States (FAS) who will be enrolling as freshmen at a domestically accredited two- or four-year college or university after high school graduation in 2024 are eligible to apply. In California, residents of Los Angeles, Orange, San Bernardino, Santa Clara, and San Diego counties can apply.

Students must have an unweighted GPA of at least 3.0 on a 4.0 scale or have earned a GED.
