The compensation of $ 45 million Autism spectrum disorders (ASD) have all been given to parents of twin boys.

The court finds that the parents of twin boys with autism is entitled to the compensation. They filed a lawsuit against Malibu and Santa Monica school district for the $ 45 million.

The parents said the court decision hopfully makes some changes in school systems.

Charles Wong and Nadine couple filed a lawsuit that says even though the teacher reported what happened to the school district it didn’t do anything about it.

The case going back to when 8 year-old twin brothers suffered from autism. At that time, the school bus driver who witnessed the brothers were physically harassed. And when a supervisor reported this to the school. Even teachers who were informed about this sent a report to County Sherriff. Then a deputies visited their house.

Until this time, the parents were unable to notice that there was a problem. The brother was not communicating with parents well because it was hard for them to describe what happened.

However, changes from brothers were detected. Unlike the past, children became violent.

However, it turned out that the district office, which received a report on the case, ignored the case without taking any action regarding the abuse of twin brothers with autism.

The two brothers, now 12 years old, are leaving public schools and attending schools for students with autism, according to their parents.
