South Korea’s Agro-Fisheries & Food Trade Corporation (aT) is accepting applications from foreign-based importing businesses wishing to receive funding for storage of its goods.
The aT is aiming to expand and reward businesses around the world that are importing South Korean agro-fishery food products. The businesses can attempt to declare their eligibility until November 30.
The recipients of the funding will earn up to 80 percent of the cost for maintenance, importing and releasing costs. The funding will range from $5,000 to $20 million.
The plan for the aT is to monitor each business closely to grade their need for funding and how much will be provided to them, respectively.
The companies can submit their applications to the aT along with the required paperwork. The application deadline is March 17.
Inquiries can be made by calling the aT’s L.A. branch at 562-809-8810.
